This is the right master’s degree for anyone who wants to understand why people find it difficult to change their behaviour, why and how they acquire certain health habits, what factors make them ill or keep them healthy, and what helps them cope with pain or live better with chronic illness. Promoting the health and well-being of individuals and communities or contributing to the improvement of healthcare systems and public health policies, are also key areas of practice for a Health Psychologist.
