Master’s Degrees

Social and Organisational Psychology

School of Psychology and Behavioural Sciences

The field of Social and Organisational Psychology has never been more relevant. The speed of innovation and the pace of change across all areas of society and organisational life have generated uncertainties and complexities that increasingly require specialised approaches grounded in social and organisational psychology.

About the Programme

Social Psychology is the scientific field that seeks to understand and explain how people’s feelings, thoughts, and behaviours interact dynamically with their social context.

Organisational Psychology explores the psychosocial and socio-organisational principles that can be applied within organisational settings to improve performance, well-being, and quality of working life.

This master’s degree is therefore designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and specific competences in behavioural areas applicable to social, organisational, and work contexts.

Combining theoretical and technical training with practice and case studies, the master’s degree includes the development of a research dissertation and a placement in a real-world context for skills training and development.

The study plan has a duration of 2 academic years (4 semesters), totalling 120 ECTS credits.
