Erasmus+ Students
ISPA warmly welcomes students from partner institutions with which it holds a valid Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement.
If you wish to undertake an Erasmus+ mobility period at ISPA, your first point of contact should be the International or Erasmus Office at your home institution. They will guide you through the nomination and application procedures.
Students may apply for either a study mobility or a internship mobility, depending on their academic and professional objectives.
Applicants considering a traineeship mobility are encouraged to begin the application process as early as possible, as all proposals are subject to approval by ISPA’s academic coordinators and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Application Deadlines
– 31 July – for students arriving in the first semester or for the full academic year
– 30 November – for students arriving in the second semester
Erasmus+ Mobility Documentation
Before Your Mobility
Before completing the steps below, please make sure that your home university has already submitted the official nomination for your study period.
Please submit the following documents in your Online Application Form.
– Online Learning Agreement. If your home university is not available at EWP yet, please contact your international office for further information
– Passport-sized photograph (3.5 × 4.5 cm)
– European Health Insurance Card
– Portuguese Language Certificate (PT B1, minimum) or Application Form PT Intensive Language Course
Upon Arrival at ISPA
You’ll be received by the international office for registration, and you will be asked to provide:
– Certificate of Arrival (issued by your home institution)
– Valid proof of identity (National Identity Card or Passport)

Before Departure
Before the end of your mobility period, please ensure that you obtain:
– Certificate of Period of Stay (issued by your home institution)
– Transcript of Records containing all academic results achieved during your mobility at ISPA
