:: Research interests

- Phylogeny, phylogeography, biogeography and behaviour

:: Current research project

My PhD Project was entitled «Phylogeny and behaviour of the small Iberian cyprinids of the genus Chondrostoma» and included the following subjects:

- phylogenetic relationships between European and Iberian Chondrostoma
- phylogeographic relationships between the Iberian populations of some species of this genera
- behaviour of the cyprinid fishes of the genus Chondrostoma

Now I’m expanding my interests to other families of freshwater and marine fishes.
